Take one 30 something who loves beauty lotions and potions
Add an allergic reaction and a belief in all things organic
Mix with a desire to run a business to fit in with family life, a pinch of nerve
and a large handful of supportive friends and family
Result – jars of beautiful, organic butters and oils that are just ‘peachy keen’

A message from Jane: I set up peachykeen Organics with simple aims - to create products that only used the purest, natural ingredients and that looked good. I decided everything had to be organic, I'd have no synthetic ingredients at all, we'd be eco-friendly and I'd hopefully create something that people would want to buy. I also wanted to enjoy myself and get away from the corporate world with its meetings about meetings.
I officially launched in 2006 so we're still small and in the early stages of developing things. Bear with us if the phone isn't answered - we're probably off blending bottles of body oil.
